I currently work for Graphico new media as an Account Director, I've been there for 2 years and look after Bacardi Superior rum and Danone. I have been working within the digital space since 2002. I'm passionate about the digital marketplace and, having studied at Bournemouth for my BA in Advertising an Marketing, looking forward to the return!

(Nella) – Projects Manager at the Managing Authority of EU Structural Funds in Malta for the last 2 years where I’m responsible for promoting the funds on a national level. Also, freelance graphic designer and stage manager. Worked within the communications/design/media/event management/advertising sectors for the last 10 years.

Carly joined CEMP in May 2008 and is responsible for the administration of the Centre and its MA programmes. Carly has been employed by Bournemouth University since 2006, first working within Partnerships, Access and Community Engagement (PACE) which focused on bringing together a range of activities relating to widening participation, outreach and collaborative work.

My name is Caroline and I work in online marketing for a digital agency called Head London leading the r&d side of the business. Called Head Labs it is responsible for testing new ideas and experimenting with emerging technologies to see how this can be translated into engaging brand /consumer dialogues and in turn brand experiences.

I am the Digital Experience Strategist for Eyeblaster advertising solutions and responsible for their global evangelism. I'm passionate about how creative technology can be used to deliver brand messages – irrespective of the consumer viewing device – and then drive favourable outcomes for advertisers, whilst addressing concerns over user profiling. I am 38 and live alone in Brighton, but seem to permanently be on a plane or train living out of a suitcase…

I am an independent Project Management Consultant working predominantly on media based infrastructure projects. I have completed engagements with BSkyB, BBC iPlayer and ITV (amongst others) around the delivery of catch-up TV online and on mobile. I live in Bournemouth with my partner Gabriela (a professional photographer) and two teenage sons, Josh and Thomas.

I am the co-founder and Managing Director of Campbell Rowley, a multi-disciplinary design, branding and photographic agency. I’m interested in how social-networking can be used to gain competitive advantage and the role that design can play in developing effective and usable interfaces. I’m 39 years old, married with a beautiful seven year old daughter, and I like to run by the sea in the morning before the sun rises.

Jon is the Director of CEMP and is responsible for pioneering a range of new technologies to support and enhance media practice learning and teaching. He teaches media buisness across the media production degree programmes and his research activities focus on innovation (or not!) in cross platform media companies.

I have worked in PR / Marketing for over 4 years in both a broadcast agency as a consultant as well as in-house at fish4. Previously I worked in Publishing in Account Management and assisted in editorial content and proof reading. During my time in the publishing company I studied the Chartered Institute Marketing advanced certificate and passed with an overall merit. I then completed a post graduate qualification in PR at London School of Public Relations.

I'm a freelance designer and web developer based just outside Bournemouth. I've been doing freelance work for about 2 years, since leaving my previous job as head designer at a local web design company. I also currently work teaching various software packages (Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver etc) to students in Bournemouth, and outside of work that pays the bills, I'm a fairly keen photographer.

I have been working in the new media world as a web designer and developer from a very young age. I hold a BA In interaction design and have freelanced and worked in many countries throughout my career. Currently I am the Creative Director at a small Digital Agency (Simply Intense Media) for the past three years, located in Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean which is my homeland. I enjoy further discovery of what digital media has to offer to emerging markets.

Richard has taught in Further and Higher Education for a decade and since July 2008 has been Reader in Media and Education at the Centre for Excellence in Media Practice, Bournemouth University. He is a tutor on the MA Creative Media Practice and the MA Creative & Media Education, and he supervises a number of PhD projects.
