Neelam is currently doing her PhD in the Changing Role of the use of Narrative in New Media and its impact in Higher Education and Learning. She has collaborated with the Higher Education Academy in Art, Design, and Media Centre and produced a publication in the launch of the Creative Graduates ADM-HEA: Creative Futures Report.
Neelam worked as a Learning Technologist in the Educational Development Services at BU for two years, and previous to this she worked in a variety of disciplines; focusing on e-commerce and e-finance deliveries. She has also worked in a range of companies such as, Reuters, Moneo, Teachers Assurance and has consulted independently on several e-learning projects
