Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, together with the registration form, constitute a legally binding contract between you and us (Bournemouth University Higher Education Corporation).
The registration fee includes: summit registration and access to all summit sessions, summit material, summit proceedings, refreshments and lunch throughout the summit. Accommodation on the night of the 6th September is also included in the registration fee, with the exception of Summit Only registrations. Travel expenses to/from the venue and bank charges are not included in registration fees.
All fees are payable in advance of the event, failing which you may be refused admission. Your registration is not considered confirmed until payment is received in full.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content & timing of the symposium, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled, we will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
If you are unable to attend you may substitute, by arrangement with the Centre for Excellence, someone else from the same institute/organisation. Registrations cancelled on or before 4th July 2011 will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled between 5th July 2011 and 1st August 2011 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and registrations cancelled on or after 2nd August 2011 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
