These terms and conditions, together with the registration form, constitute a legally binding contract between you and us (Bournemouth University Higher Education Corporation).

The registration fee includes: summit registration and access to all summit sessions, summit material, summit proceedings, refreshments and lunch throughout the summit. Accommodation on the night of the 19th September is also included in the registration fee, with the exception of Summit Only registrations. Travel expenses to/from the venue and bank charges are not included in registration fees.

All registration fees are payable in advance of the event, failing which you may be refused admission. Your registration is not considered confirmed until payment of the registration fee is received in full.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the summit, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the summit being cancelled, we will automatically make a full refund of the registration fee but disclaim any further liability.

The following cancellation charges apply to registrations cancelled by you:

• Registrations cancelled by you on or before 20th June 2013 will receive a full refund.
• Registrations cancelled by you on or after 21st June 2013 but on or before 19th August will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the registration fee.
• Registrations cancelled by you on or after 20th August 2013 but on or before 4th September 2013 will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 75% of the registration fee.
• Registrations cancelled by you on or after 5th September 2013 will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the registration fee.

This does not affect your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you are unable to attend the summit you may substitute, by arrangement with the University's Centre for Excellence in Media Practice, someone else from the same institute/organisation. Delegates wishing to amend or cancel their registration should contact Laura Hampshaw mes@cemp.ac.uk
